The key phases of most projects are Inception, Design, Construction, Deployment.
Inception Phase (Requirements Phase) - This phase is where the client determines what they want the system to do. Our developer(s) will help you develop and think through each process in order to come to an application that you are comfortable with.
Design Phase - This phase is used to bring the design from ideas and thoughts to paper. Some people prefer a paper-work prototype or an html prototype of the project before actually developing the main code behind the system.
Construction Phase - This is the phase where the work happens. With Toolsbydesign, the client will be appraised of the progress in a weekly status email. This phase also includes a sub-phase called User Acceptance Testing. This is where the user will be able to go through the application and sign-off before accepting the complete package.
Deployment Phase - This is the final phase of moving the code from our development server to your production server.
